Received Defective Handset
I received a defective handset, and there is no option for return or replacement through Amazon. When I contacted Amazon, the only solution provided was to pursue a warranty replacement through Vivo. However, I am facing delays and poor support from Vivo’s service center. It has been over two weeks since I purchased this handset, and I still haven’t been able to use the mobile as I’m waiting for the replacement from Vivo.
