Please avoid buying tecno products
It’s been a very good experience at the start and after using one plus for 6 years, I thought to give it a try with this new company and I was happy with my decision untill my phone’s PCB suddenly broke down and I had to visit the service center, after the repair, my phone was completely changed, now it doesn’t charge fast and have USB debug issue always ON!I tried to convey this to the service centre but they said it’s because of PCB change. I am not sure what went wrong but I have no faith on tecno and it’s after sale service hence from my advice tecno should be completely avoided !

Hi, I’m giving genuine review of this smartphone, The design was very attractive and It look like a Premium Smartphone, First thing is Camera I’m impressed a lot, Second one the battery backup was very good, When I was received the Smartphone, Battery was drained continuesly, after some software updates battery issues was solved💪👌. Under Display fingerprint was very good and finally overall performance is good. In this Price Point one of the best smartphone under the price segment of 20000 thousand Rupees.

Therefore, because of these problems that arose later, it is not a good idea to buy these kinds of unfamiliar brands. Within 7 days of the replacement, the customer has to forcefully visit the service centre and prove it. The Amazon website willfully omits some crucial specifications when it comes to electronics, particularly in the mobile category. As a result, we are forced to visit another website in order to obtain further information, which could cause confusion about the product. Henceforth, don’t trust online site specifications before a physical inspection from a local dealer.
