Slow performance …poor service by samsung
I bought this phone 2-3 days ago. From the day one it was slow even after the refresh rate was set to high. Since there is No-return policy I selected for technician and he also confirmed after checking that the phone is slow probably due to OS issue. Amazon told me to contact Samsung customer care. On contacting they asked me to visit their service centre. I can’t do this hustle after spending such amount and that too from day one. Why can’t they simply replace or return the product. Very poor service. I’m not buying samsung phone ever.

1. Basic stuff not provided in the pack.- no charger nor cable- no screen guard- no basic cover2. Seting up and transfering from ur previous Android to samsung Android phone is a task.Not at all user friendly. Makes u download their app.. And it’s a time consuming processHad brought it for my mom. Had to struggle setting it up. Good I was there or else it wud be a task for some one non tech friendly.Wud provide usage comment after some Months.
