Got laptopits not charging condition later raised a complaint after 5days amazon person told charger not compatible again raised complaint for return it took around 10 days Cancelled return and purchased charger from nearby shop to fix problem spend additional Rs1200. Don’t know how the warranty will work keeping hands crossed

This is good laptop for students…..when I open this laptop first time…many problems like settings not open etc…after windows update all problems are solved…very good laptop in this price range

Excellent Except Battery
Received well packed laptop. Got touchscreen (not expected). Full 1080 HD (not expected). Performance is super. Higher version of 8th gen CPU received.Only one important thing is bad, the battery. While charging 33% to 100% in a few minutes and same when using on battery 66% to low battery warning within few minutes.I would give 5 star if battery is good.===================Edit after 5 month of usage:1. SSD gone, replaced with Rs. 1800 (256gb, 5 year warranty)2. Screen gone (touch screen, Rs.9000, 3 month warranty) – not sure if I should do this.Better to purchase from local shop.
