Specifically, Brilliant.
You need to make sure whay you’re getting this for. It has the best screen for the price, a big one at that, looks and feels good, with decent battery life. It doesn’t have a very good camera but it’s fine. Bloatware is there but ofc you can delete it and that’s understandable at the price range. Do not get this for gaming. It’s not made for that. I don’t believe phones are supposed to be amyway, thus it is perfect at what it does

Best in segment but it has high battery draining.
This phone is best in its segment and most demanding variants also are very good in colour. I’m very happy and satisfied with this product as it has some pros and cons like battery draining is high but charging speed also very fast camera is with fully high resolution. 5G connectivity it has, looks good while using comparatively best in size and it has premium looks but processor could have been more better but who those don’t play games this is the best choice for them. Runs very smooth as it is 8+8 GB Ram

In hand feel and weight chins are awesome, display and performance is killer, camera is decent sound is loud but no problem in connectivity. Charged full in 30 mins, looks are impressive and in nutshell it is a true value for money phone .

POCO phones have a general heating issue
I purchased this phone from Amazon on 05-12-2024 and the very first day of purchase its battery started showing heating issue. Literally you can make an omlette over it. I contacted amazon regarding this issue and on 08-12-2024 they send a service agent to check the phone. He after checking told me that the battery is at fault and further added a consolation comment that lots of POCO phones have this issue. Later he told me that amazon’s policy with POCO phones doesn’t allow it to replace or return the phone directly and you have to visit the nearest POCO service centre (thus contradicting my thoughts that if I had time I would have purchased directly from a store as I didn’t have time for all this that’s why I purchased online).I then again contact Amazon customer care who confirmed the same (they were helpful enough to share with me POCO’s customer care no. 😂)After contacting POCO and explaining them this issue they told me that I have to visit their service centre after booking appointment (like we book with hospital’s 😅)and their technician will again check and then only my issue will get sorted (seems like they don’t trust Amazon’s technician 😅).Now I have booked an appointment on 09.12.2024 with POCO service centre and let’s hope my POCO phone’s issue get resolved.(Tip- Don’t buy POCO phone’s online, instead better to buy directly from POCO store, in that case you can save the poor amazon technician guy’s visit😅)

Decent for its price
A decent phone suitable for those with typical daily driver use. Nothing is phenomenal yet nothing can be said as bad for the price it retails. Camera is good, performance is acceptable, looks are good. The only thing i didn’t like about it is the bundled opaque silicon case that completely hides the phones actual color. Overall a good Phone!

Best phone for price
I bought this mobile for 12000 it is the most valuable mobile for this price. I love the display and battery is not worse it’s better for this price approx 7 hrs while tested. No heating problem faced l, good charging. High recommended for under 13k.but not for 16k
