The phone is not worth buying at 15,000. The touch is not as responsive as other phones, and the display quality is lacking. I purchased this phone based on the good ratings I saw online, but now I’m unsure if this issue is unique to this phone model or common across others. Unfortunately, I can’t return the phone because it can only be replaced at a service center.I bought this phone online for my wife since I’m quite busy with work and preferred the convenience of online shopping over going to a store. However, now Amazon is only offering a technical visit, and when I explained the problem, the technician insisted that everything was normal, saying all phones have similar touch responsiveness and display quality.So, here I am with a product I’m dissatisfied with, and I also ended up paying 1,500 more than the price on Flipkart, where it’s currently out of stock. I thought that good reviews on some websites and limited availability on Flipkart meant the phone would be worth it, but I feel misled
