Color went off in two weeks time
We have received this phone on 16th November 2024. This is the fourth Motorola phone being used by my wife, and she was quite satisfied with the earlier phones. This one, however, is highly disappointing. Today, on 4th December the color suddenly disappeared from the screen and it has turned into a black & white phone. It was never expected from Motorola. We are wondering what to do with the phone now. Please advise.
