IRFC Interim Dividend 2025: Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC) shares are in focus today as the Railway PSU is all set to announce the second interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. In the filing, IRFC said a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 17th March 2025, inter-alia, to consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the company for the financial year 2024-25.
IRFC shares fell by -1.38 per cent during the intraday session amid the market volatility. The scrip was trading at Rs 118.15 apiece, against the previous day close at Rs 119.80 apiece. The 52-week movement indicates a high of Rs 229.05 and a low of Rs 108.05.
IRFC has a market capitalization of Rs 1.54 lakh crore, making it a constituent of BSE 200.
IRFC 2nd Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date
IRFC said the company has fixed Friday, March 21, 2025 as the record date for determining the entitlements of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid Second Interim Dividend.
“…this is to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 17th March 2025, inter-alia, to consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the company for the financial year 2024-25,” the company said in the filing.
IRFC Dividend History
IRFC previously announced the interim dividend of Rs 0.80 per share, which was the first for the FY2024-25. The ex-date was set on November 12, 2024.
