The Champions League semi-finals have now been decided. After their 5-4 victory on aggregate over Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals, Internazionale of Milan will be Barça’s opponents in this season semi-finals which will see the first leg at the Estadi Olímpic on Wednesday 30 April at 9pm CEST and the second in the San Siro on Tuesday 6 May at 9pm CEST.
Tie between league leaders
The Champions League semi-final will see the leaders of La Liga, Barça, take on the leaders of Serie A, Inter Milan. Hansi Flick’s side lost their unbeaten 2025 record against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday but they are still in the running for the Copa del Rey and La Liga titles as well as European glory. Similarly, Simone Inzaghi’s team are in the last four of the Champions League, top of Serie A with a three point lead over second placed Napoli and in the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia.
Unbeaten in two months, Inter Milan’s last defeat came back in the middle of February against Juventus. The other semi-final will see Arsenal face PSG after their respective victories over Real Madrid and Aston Villa in the quarter finals.
