What are the Avowed abilities? You’ll have to keep your wits about you and weapons hot if you want to hack it in the Living Lands. An astute understanding of Avowed’s numerous skills will also come in handy as you pull together a build capable of slaying even the mightiest foes with ease.
The Avowed skill trees boast a surprising amount of depth and breadth, opening up all sorts of devious possibilities. While we’ve already theorycrafted some of the best Avowed builds in the RPG, your dream setup may lie elsewhere. Below, we detail all the Avowed abilities, so get your big, possibly pointy theorycrafting hat on.

All Avowed abilities revealed so far
Avowed’s abilities are split into four trees: Fighter, Ranger, Wizard, and Godlike. You can allocate skill points to the first three major categories, while Godlike abilities seem to be unlocked gradually as you progress (presumably through the main quest and side content).
While we already know all the Fighter, Ranger, and Wizard skills, the Godlike abilities have yet to be fully revealed. Likewise, this is the case with Companion abilities which, as the name states, are abilities unique to each of the Avowed companions. All the Avowed abilities are divided into two categories: Active and Passive – standard fare for modern RPGs.
Though they may belong to distinct skill trees, the Avowed abilities are interchangeable. This opens up some dastardly concoctions, including a poisonous Ranger build and the classic Spellblade (or, in this case, Spelllance).
