2025 Triumph Speed T4: What’s new?
The updated Speed T4 gets minor cosmetic changes such as a brushed steel finished exhaust, 3D ‘Speed T4’ emblem on the side panel, updated frame colour, and new tyre sticker design in order to enhance the bike’s premium appeal. Earlier, the Speed T4 featured a large ‘400’ lettering with a large Triumph logo flanked on both sides. Besides the subtle visual changes, Triumph has also updated the colour palette of the 2024 Speed T4.

In its latest avatar, Triumph Speed T4 now gets four new dual-tone colour options namely Caspian Blue with Pearl Metallic White, Lava Red Gloss with Pearl Metallic White, Phantom Black with Pearl Metallic White, and Phantom Black with Storm Grey. These dual tone colours are divided via a diagonal slash across the fuel tank.
Mechanically, the Speed T4 remains unchanged. Powering the Speed T4 is a 398cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine which kicks out 30.6 bhp and 36 Nm of peak torque. This unit is paired with a six-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. In terms of features, the Speed T4 is all LED lights, an LCD rider’s console and sadly, misses out on basic features like a USB charging port and traction control.
Hardware specifications include a tubular steel frame that sits on traditional 43mm telescopic forks instead of upside-down front forks. The rear suspension duties are handled by a mono-shock. It also gets a different quilted seat with 10mm extra foam thickness for rider and pillion comfort.
